September 17, 2009 – Distek has partnered with an outside leasing company to
form a private label financial services group, Distek Financial Services, to
offer Distek customers capital and operating leases.

President/Owner of Distek says “Forming a financial services arm of Distek
will provide our customers with an alternative to an outright purchase at a
time when our customers are facing budget freezes or difficulty accessing
capital. Financing an equipment purchase allows our customers to acquire the
equipment they need now while conserving capital for the future.”
