Distek Corporate Statement: Update Regarding COVID-19

In anticipation of the COVID-19 virus peaking over the next week in New Jersey, Distek will temporarily cease production, in-house bench repair and RA calibration operations from April 13-17, with normal operations resuming on Monday April 20. This decision was made from an overabundance of caution and to provide our production staff who have continued to work since the outbreak with a physical and mental break. All other areas of the company will remain open and operate as normal during this time.

Onsite services continue to present a challenge which is influenced by several factors: the proximity of your location to a service hub, your required date of service, and your policy on allowing outside visitors into your facility. Due to the restriction on air travel, our field-based service team continues to come through for our customers by making extended drives to where the needs are, traveling as much as 12+ hours by car to get to a customer site. We cannot guarantee we can meet all your service needs, but we are doing our best to support you. For the latest service availability, it is best to use one of our two support emails: support@distekinc.com for repair services and validations@distekinc.com for validation service requests.
