The tool enables users to build detailed instrument configurations and submit them directly to Distek as a quote request. It can be accessed via the Distek website, including “Configure Now” buttons on product pages, allowing users to begin building a system while exploring available instrumentation.
By capturing complete configuration details at the start of the process, the tool helps laboratories clearly define their requirements while enabling Distek to respond with accurate quotes more quickly.

Flexible System Planning
The online tool allows users to build instruments based on their laboratory’s needs while creating a clear and structured quote request. Registered users can include multiple instruments within a single request, making it easier to plan for new installations or upgrades to existing lab space.
Users may also include trade-in instruments, whether the equipment is a Distek system or from another manufacturer. This provides helpful context for laboratories planning upgrades, replacing legacy instruments, or instruments that have reached end of support.
Streamlined Quote Request Process
Submitting a configuration generates a PDF quote request that is automatically delivered to both the requester and Distek.
The request includes the complete instrument configuration and automatically assigns the appropriate Distek account manager based on the requester’s location, ensuring prompt follow-up.
